Professor Wilson trained in biochemistry at Manchester University before studying medicine at St Bartholomew’s Hospital, graduating in 1994. He developed the “all-inside” ACL/PCL techniques, the anterolateral ligament procedure, and minimally invasive osteotomy approaches that accelerate recovery and reduce pain. Co-founder of the UK Knee Osteotomy Registry and the Basingstoke Osteotomy Masterclass, he chairs research in knee preservation at Winchester University and hosts visiting surgeons worldwide to share his methods.
